Oh, maybe that is why the annual report wasn’t filed on time because Taug is in the process of being sold to a bigger company and there is a NDA. If there is a sense in the industry that Congress can’t get their job done then sell the company, and buy millions of shares in advance of that sales process which is exactly what occurred this year as per the PR and could occur soon again.
