He has done nothing illegal to this point. If the F500 doesn't come to pass the SEC will suspend the stock and he will be charged with fraud. He put out PR's to promote the stock while he sold shares. That is the only thing that is illegal. That's why the F500 deal better get announced or he will be in some deep stuff.
