The ONLY purpose of a good class action firm is to find one who will actually FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT aka LAWSUIT in the appropriate court and thus MAKE THE HEADLINES to drive this POS SCAM out of business or to the dirt nap levels.

NO ONE as a "plaintiff" should expect jack shit in terms of a class action - they are lucky if they get a gift cert for a free Starbucks Mocha Latte of their choice.

The point is to get MULN IN LITIGATION and DESTROY WHAT IS LEFT OF THIS CRIME SCENE -
AND then let THE SEC and especially THE DOJ run the combat mop-up operation and bury Mich-the-Moooch in a federal pen and make sure he never runs so much as a broken lemonade stand again and bust him down for restitution for every ill-gotten penny he ever stole !

The end-game is to put THE MOOCH in the poor house and the federal lock-down. NO ONE gives sh@t about the class action - it's just a tool to kick-off the full frontal blitz attack warfare on these serial grifter cons and scammers.
