Here's another really inconvenient truth bomb I'm about to drop on the misinformation in your post.
Dooshbag Deadbeat Dave, aka the Koos Da Klown, was really hoping that if he could produce some sort of positive safety data with his non FDA approved testing of HemaX in TJ that he'd be able to woo someone to help create, plan and fund the an FDA approved P1 trial.
Guess what? Come on, you know what I am going to type.....
What ever results he got was not enough to entice anyone to give that fat bastard any money. Not unlike Lilly's open innovation drug discovery program Regen took part of. It wasn't a partnership but an invitation to utilize Lilly resources that many other smaller biotechs took part of. And guess what happened there? NOTHING! NADA! ZIP! Lilly didn't find anything of value in what Koos spun as big findings.
It's been 6 years and we have been told Lilly is just waiting for this or that before it announces the "real" partnership. That's a long time to be in a quiet period, dontcha think?
But the reality is that there is no partnership with Lilly. There never was one and never will be one. That you can take to the bank.
And that's why Koos dropped HemaX like a hot potato and went right to dCellVax.
And what happened to dCellVax. Even the great Dr. Kesari couldn't save that as the FDA didn't grant IND approval for that.
So in typical Koos like fashion, he dropped that like another toxic hot potato and moved onto his next failure.
See the pattern?
So, to sum up. All the patents and BS Koos puts out is looked at with suspicion as it should be from a stinky pinky suspect CEO of an OTC stock.
One can huff and puff and try to pump up the pps of $RGBP but that only works so many times before it is realized that this is a garbage stock with a pipedream of a pipeline.
But as always, Koos can try, for once, to prove me wrong. So far he hasn't.
