Tesla needs far better monitoring for electrical anomalies to help prevent its vehicles from going out of control.
I said this previously, but I believe the vehicles could use a monitor for electromagnetic radiation. This could be beneficial information for utilities and government to track EM anomalies so they can respond accordingly. This application is where AI is very important.

There is no such thing and this has never happened

EVs go out of control due to induced currents in wiring leading to incorrect signaling from things like the accelerator pedal.

Even the NHTSA thinks this is complete non sense.

“There is no evidence of any fault in the accelerator pedal assemblies, motor control systems, or brake systems that has contributed to any of the cited incidents,” the report states. “There is no evidence of a design factor contributing to increased likelihood of pedal misapplication. The theory provided of a potential electronic cause of SUA in the subject vehicles is based upon inaccurate assumptions about system design and log data.”

FSD is not Autonomous and requires driver assistance at all times. Accidents occur because of negligent drivers, speeding, on drugs, drunk, playing games, sleeping at the wheel or a multitude of other reasons all fault off the driver.

Also interesting to note that conventional GAS cars have 5 times more wiring that a conventional Tesla. Should one entertain the fantasy that space weather is the cause of car accidents it would be affecting GAS cars and not teslas.
