Whatever the verbiage, any shares exchanged for money when sold land on the back of shareholders... unless a private transaction takes them or they hold them forever. Also, I'm not saying it's last year's shares, they've done plenty of raises over the years, just the nature of the beast. Could be an entity that acquired a large sum or nothing.
I write code for a living, but have done well in the market over 25 years. I'll never claim to know everything about the market and terms, simply stating what I think to be an algorithm driven few weeks with a seller having a set price to unload the lion share. We always called it the end event when they would clear out the remaining shares without using the algorithm to hold the line.
