Here is Another Licensing Deal That Happened Years Ago, Between the former HP*IL leadership and a company in Japan. Notice the company in Japan is putting HPI*L in charge of all their Trademarks because that is part of the exclusive licensing deal... SO NO..... JESSIE DOESNT HAVE TO BE ON THE PATENT!!! WHEREAS the Licensor, grants to the Licensee, specifically, the exclusive use of its “Licensed Brand and Trademarks” and its “Licensed Products” and the exclusive “Sponsorship” of the two events and, in general, the exclusive sponsorship of any such similar event, from year to year, during the term of the Brand License Agreement.

This above was not an important deal and did nothing for this stock .....there was no solid product or FDA approval.....it was mainly marketing but the point is you can task whoever you want exclusive rights to sell your product!!!

What you are missing QTRADERQ is they, Puriblood have tasked Jessie Chiang as the person with exclusive rights to sell and market their blood transfusion products to the North, South, Central Americas. This doesn not mean she is the owner and have a owner type role with Puriblood. This is an international deal. she is their international rep......I dont know why this is so hard to see....
