there will be a LOT of expenses to build it up (not to mention the cost of acquiring it)

Puriblood struck a deal with Formosa Products Group for them to build the factory. That company is spending "hundreds of millions of funds" and it will be complete by 2023. In return, Puriblood made Formosa Plastics a co-assignee on all patents. There's no mention of Jessie Chiang anywhere. Does she even exist lol?
