It's easy to be back seat drivers when we have no idea what, if any, negotiations have happened including the dollars and details discussed. Frankly, we don't know any of this information and nonsensical assumptions are being made that LP turned down some great deal. I doubt we got any great offers with where our share price is at. Only offers that would, at best, substantially dilute the interest of retail investors. People that are calling for a partnership on one hand and railing against dilution on the other hand don't seem to understand how partnerships work.
