Yeah, I have been thinking about this for quite some time. Unfortunately, this MO issue is becoming a problem. We need to get some sort of resolution/closure on this. Otherwise, this will haunt us in perpetuity, and no BP will touch us. And if the outcome is not positive, this could mean the end of AMRN as we know it.
I really hope that management is choosing to work with Denner on this. We really don't need the distraction of a proxy fight or anything else taking their eye off the ball.
