Great response and your past DD is excellent on Commerce Resources. I'm enjoying this investment more and more through your explanations.

I really like the competitive advantage of the host rock. My post was intended to learn more about our investment.

As I indicated in a prior post, we, i.e., Commerce Resources has a great competitive advantage in its infrastructure including the railroad and proximity of a hydroelectric power source.

In our world of geopolitical risks, we are most fortunate to have our investment in the friendly and resource-oriented nation of Canada. To me, Canada is a giant advantage that we have over competitors.
