He knew ANY loan was out of the question.

Why did he toss out those crazy big loan numbers knowing well and good that a company that has $5000 in revenue can NEVER get?

Because PHIL is a pump and dump and Henry makes his living selling shares. Plain and simple. Just look at how many other OTC stocks play the same game.
