I am not sure if the mrna was the main reason. You have to remember that Todd Caven was holding the Regen fort down and then decided to call it quits. I think that is what spurred Dooshbag Dave to come back as there was no one else that was going to run the company.
Good points! Crazy (and illegal for a CEO) to hold back material information at all, and calling it common sense, is one for the ages!
What I like to ask is, show me where any person thinking this is also posting this concept in other stocks they follow, and getting on the CEOs case for putting out PRs with info, instead of holding back and showing, "common sense"? Pink sheet entertainment, period!
