Yes governments will feed billions to real companies. They don't fund companies that have zero operations and no equity. This dog has fleas and fits the stay the hell away model. The US is one of the biggest funders and don't you find it comical that Clean Vision is touring 3rd world countries looking for deals where the poverty rate is high to extreme. Think about it. This is a hype dream imo... Lol
