LP does not answer to shareholders unless they own a minority stake in Toucan. NWBO thus far has been very profitable for Toucan who have already executed an exit strategy in one venture. Imagine that, the erosion of shareholder value since she began her reign as CEO of NWBO has been disastrous. Meanwhile she carved out a clever niche to plug in a personally owned private equity fund who managed to generate wealth on not one but 2 startups whose only client was NWBO, while NWBO’s beak remains bone dry. And when anyone mentions these arrangements they are tagged as slanderous.
