Well, if applications and approvals are close they should be because that is going to increase their spend 3 fold and they already are spending a lot without cash.
So if they aren’t concerned about money for the next 6 months that is concerning to me cause it means they don’t anticipate increased spend in the next 6 months which means they don’t anticipate real development in the next 6 months.
I assume your feeling that they aren’t concerned about money is the same as your feeling that they will be published by the end of the month which is very likely incorrect.
