It is not a theory, it's fact. MONI ia a holding company. There have been two Acquisitions so far, bitgift and the gold aquistion(s) the Gold one failed but it does not mean it did t happen. Furthermore whatever assets were available to support the gold acquisition, is now avaliable for others. The company has stated its focusing on fi tech aquistions now. These are statements by the company, not my "theories". This next filing should start to shed light on this.
