It is not a theory, it's fact. MONI ia a holding company. There have been two Acquisitions so far, bitgift and the gold aquistion(s) the Gold one failed but it does not mean it did t happen. Furthermore whatever assets were available to support the gold acquisition, is now avaliable for others. The company has stated its focusing on fi tech aquistions now.
