Big institutions can do anything that they want as evidenced by the last several years of SP manipulation with NWBO!! If an institution was interested in seeing Northwest succeed, they would step up and offer to finance the company's cost of manufacturing and marketing with provisions in the loan covenants/documents requiring an uplist at a future date in time .....! They don't need a JA or a PR or anything. Citadel and Nite .... are institutions and they're in the stock all the time every trading day, the difference being that they want to bankrupt the company instead of finance the company so they'll never have to cover their naked shorts. AND they've got one helluva of a lot support from their Big Pharma players that want the same thing just for different reasons. So there you have it, Pard !!!! The company can be approved in the UK by the MHRA/NICE without all that BS from a JA or a PR. The good ole US of A is the only country in this deal that designs their regulations to almost insure failure for small biotech companies trying to compete with Big Pharma. Do you realize how crazy this whole thing is!!! Northwest has a treatment/cure for the most deadly cancer in the world, proven in 13 years of trials and validated globally by the best neurosurgeons in the world, stating that it at least doubles OS for all these sick and dying patients and and the company's having to spend millions jumping through hoops just to get the "OK" from 60+ clinicians to confirm what the world already knows!!! It's like the guy in the "quicksand" when the fellow walks up with a rope and wants to talk about how he got in there!!!! The result is that he's in the quicksand and the rope will save his life!!! Throw him the f......g rope!!! Cancer patients are dying every minute and DCVax-L is the rope!!! AND it's the best treatment the world has seen to date!!! It works!!! That's been proven !!!
