There is a big difference between a finding of culpability and a default judgment.
Not really. The company still owes COR $4 million. But since nobody really knows who runs it, and since collecting judgments in a foreign country can be difficult, COR is presumably outta luck.
And a Nevada court recently sided with the company as well.
