My eyes give that a thumbs up too! And it reminds me that it has been too long since I've had a pork chop, prepared as a pork chop.... like 2 years! Those look like they are cooked perfectly!

Pork Chops were on sale this week and I bought a bunch and froze some. I didn't realize I had made this over a year ago but my wife remembered and asked if I was going to make them again.

So much for just grilling them. They literally melt in your mouth.
