Image what the price would be if the shorts had taken a pass on playing this one. Not sure what date the game started, but January 31st showed 8,224,272 short and the price was $7.16. So 12+ million shares of shorting since then has plummeted the stock by $.17. I never understood why they picked on this one! Pumpkin’s beliefs are simply asinine as are Kerrisdale’s (I still think Pumpkin wrote that article).
The next hammer to drop on the shorts just might be one or more major brokerage firms coming out with a detailed industry report highlighting Lightwave Logic’s transformational technology that is being designed into 5 foundries with 2 more waiting for their next cycle to begin.
Which firms have hosted Lightwave Logic to present in the last six months: Roth, Ladenburg Thalmann, Oppenheimer, LD Micro. New timelines released during the Annual Shareholder Meeting on May 26th for the completion of 5 foundry PDKs ushering in the transition to the Commercialization Phase of this much needed and much anticipated step change technology.
Which major brokerage firm will be first to realize the benefits to their favorite technology companies? The ROI on the data center modulator upgrade is staggering. Which firm will be first to forecast a $10 billion reduction in the electricity bill for Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Verizon, AT&T, and a host of others.

I cannot think of a single company that has a Greener solution to our energy problems. This is not a lab experiment anymore and hasn’t been for at least two years.
The shorts think they have a window until a foundry announcement. I think their window is until brokerage firms come out with strong buy recommendations and a “must own” rating.
I am working on the latter. I have quite a few contacts in the brokerage business. Let’s see what happens!
