It sounded like someone asked Diane when is the deadline, rather than when do you expect to file. I don't think Diane would tell someone if they were planning to file early so when is the deadline is probably the only question she would answer (its pretty black and white).
But I agree with your point that this is the annual report and have a new CFO so it will most likely be at or very close to the deadline.
