Nasrat is also hoping the ANDA gets approved by June 29 which he pretty much guaranteed would.

He's been saying approval "within the first half of 2022" during the past two conference calls.

Not looking good right now.

He's gonna look real stupid if it gets a CRL while the SunGen/Elite product he said would most likely NOT get approved JUST GOT approved.

But I agree with your point that this is the annual report and have a new CFO so it will most likely be at or very close to the deadline.

As per the links below, non-accelerated filers, as is Elite, have 90 days to file their annual report following the end of the fiscal year. In the past two years, Elite has filed as follows...June 14, 2021 (FY 22) and June 30, 2020 (FY21).

About that...

Given the transition in the CFO role, we should expect a filing closer to the end of June. Also, please note that means when Nasrat holds the conference call he will know what Q-1 2023 looks like. If you recall, on the FY2020 (Q4) CC, he provided guidance for the first time. He can do it again, if we ask the right questions.
