Don’t know this guy from Adam - pun intended.

But I always thought that a good legal strategy would be to go after both AF and his publisher, and in this case the owners. AF cost NWBO shareholders $1 billion in market cap within 2 hours.

And maybe that’s what this guy is alluding to — or along those lines — if a lawsuit is filed to include damages. After AF attempted to intimate those involved with the trial and presentation at NYAS, he crossed the line of journalistic freedom into civil and perhaps criminal liability.

I grew up with the Globe. I would like to see them pay the damage done to shareholders. Recover close to that market cap in damages.
