Jroon makes sense to me....make lowball bid to take it private...the arbs come in and buy the stock and vote with Denner et al....only one thing working for existing shareholders...Baker Bros.....they will keep acquirers honest on price....KM is too calm, no panic in his tone....he knows he's got time for Europe to flourish...taking his time and doing it right...KM promised more cost reductions...lets see what form they take....
