The longer they wait, the less capital they need to raise, thus the more the govt's stake is worth.

On the other hand they don't want to wait too long because "other issues" can suck up their attention and focus.

Yes - court cases and movement on Admin Action. Dont understand why the Admin Action has not moved forward yet if they think it has a chance of getting it done. Looking forward to the brief for the SCOTUS appeal myself - I did not understand how they could have relied on the 5th Circuit for the damages analysis due to the separation of powers issue.
