Yes - court cases and movement on Admin Action. Dont understand why the Admin Action has not moved forward yet if they think it has a chance of getting it done. Looking forward to the brief for the SCOTUS appeal myself - I did not understand how they could have relied on the 5th Circuit for the damages analysis due to the separation of powers issue.
