Very true. The "good guys", and the "side of right" does not always win in court, largely as a result of judicial dereliction of duty. It is one thing for our adversaries to perpetrate a fraud upon the court. But when the judiciary, the ones tasked with enforcing the law, turn the other cheek, and fail to act, lawlessness ensues. Amarin v. Hikma/Reddys is a case infected with rampant, chronic lawlessness.
