On the criminal side, I agree on passing the knowledge concerning this behavior on to the appropriate authorities. I don't know all the details, but it is plausible that some crimes have been committed, but that is for the authorities to ultimately decide and investigate.

As far as the civil case, I agree that it is probably worth at least a conversation with an attorney experienced in this area of law. I'd trust NWBO to weigh the pros and cons of a potential suit and proceed accordingly at this point. Some of these claims might have to be brought by Dr. Liau depending on the circumstances.

Indeed it would be difficult to nail AF on his lies (opinions) and other libel assaults, as one cannot prove intention. However, if an investigation can clearly identify that he's linked to racketeering... a network of collusion to attack and bring down companies... and is profiting from it, that would be the end for him and his network. I'm sure they're very careful to cover their collusive criminal tracks.
