I doubt they meant it. Why would they not correctly state this in the original registration, which he would most likely have prepared and had control of. But in the SEC financials, which need to be prepared correctly in a coded format, its a vague statement with no factual data tied to it. I will take the factual registration that the owner had control of, thats my opinion.
