I respect that it is your opinion. But I don't get the "Vague & No Factual Date".
From the 14C - may be converted at the holder’s election into shares of common stock at the current conversion rate of 93,761,718 shares of common stock for one share of Series F Preferred Stock.

"May be converted", doesn't seem Vague to me.
"Conversion rate of 93,761,718", seems like factual date to me.
