I think you may have caught a problem that they have, but are not aware of.
I know the 14C states their intention for the F's to have the option of Conversion, but agree that if the Articles don't permit it, Conversion would be illegal.
I guess when/if he tries to convert, the T/A would catch the discrepancy, and then they would need to amend the Articles.
But he clearly intended for them to have the option of Conversion in that Jan. filing.
