I believe it's what's known as a "bias" ... "prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair." Our bias is towards winning our fair share based on the facts of the case and not what others would want us to believe. Time will tell.
Besides most courts have requirements regarding legal filings surrounding layouts, spacing, font size and which fonts can be used. Usually, there only a few, Arial, Times New Roman, Helvetica.
