Whatever the case, it is doubtful there would be a Reg FD issue, and as you know, even if she did accidentally disclose more than she should, there is time to correct the issue before a Reg FD violation kicks in. Doubtful it will happen, but even if she does get the pleasure of disclosing something new that would come under FD, which is unlikely, the company has appropriate options to 8-K and/or PR whatever was said.
