Good points by all. Does this rule include OTC ? Also does a pod cast count. I’m sure they’re many forms of communication that would fall within the boundaries of this law.

I agree. He could get shareholders really excited if he gets Tuskagee signed and then tal about VuMe and other potential Smart City deals.
