In the Alternate Universe this is a good start settlement. MWR has 55 million shares so we get from Silver Wheaton 55 million of there shares . From Barrick gold we get 110 million shares. And if I remember there are at least two other companies involved in this swindle so 55 million shares from each company. Oh yes them all this has to be doubled because MWR owes Jorge half of whatever it gets . And BC regulators are the go between between all the interested parties involved. The BC regulators will forgive all there pensions and quit there jobs instead of going to jail . So in this Alternate Universe all is solved and no more deaths . And Barrick, Silver Wheaton and the other companies get to mine the mine. MWR shareholders get the shares and walk away .
