Oh I get the concept.....

The shares outstanding have been at the shares authorized level for nearly a decade and no reverse split has occurred since the last one nearly a decade ago.

Many have believed in the demise of ERHC and yet it continues to survive despite a multi year multi continent lawsuit which it won.

But I guess short sellers can pray for a reverse split as a long shot bet... lol
