You may not have the concept right, this has nothing to do with shorts or longs.

It is about the number of shares sold out of the treasury now has reached the authorized shares allowed.

So either reverse split the stock (by at least 10 to 1 is my guess) or raise the authorized and find some way to keep the hope alive so someone can talk up a story..

That is not my kind of micro cap investment, I'll stick to a strategy that works for me.
