Is anyone going to tell me again that I was wrong in saying a month ago, that the company obviously defaulted on its debt, and was diluting to pay it off?

On March 17,2022 the Company defaulted by failing to make the required payment

I didn't need to see the filing... it was THAT obvious!

Was I right again?????
