MID, I think the possibility that NWBO forgot to tie up any loose IP interests, after all this time, is remote. Just thinking any expired "necessary" licensing-if any- was followed by IP/patent assignment(s), and/or subsequent licensing to nwbo. I decline the invitation to chase my own tail. All my own opinion. (2 year old tidbits-sure.) Hope this helps.
