LOL, you are right the share structure didn't change, which would have happened if SHMN actually bought back shares. But, alas, they didn't, no doing what they say like usual...

no one knows what the situation was, whether a deal fell through, whatever.....

to insinuate they purposely did it, while the share structure didn't change is ludicrous....
