With the pps at a little over $3 any BO price would be rather anemic.

So I am of the opinion that management isn't pursuing that angle. Unless of course Denner pushes it. Even then the buyout price would remain anemic.

While we have no way of knowing I am guessing there is no BP who is interested. They have witnessed the same things we have with regard to MO, insurance coverage, litigations, and the entry of generics. Why would they want to step into a bucket of dog DU DU?

They may even be laughing at this circus.

After passing the FDA requirements this whole saga has become everything but the science.

We all may very well have to sell at break even or a loss to escape this nightmare.

It's a GD shame that Karim Mikhail apparently only currently owns about 82,134 shares of AMRN, which he was most likely gained through his employment, and not money used from his "prior to" AMRN life savings. I wish the guy the best, but he doesn't seem to be "all in" to the extent that "retail longs" are "all in".

jmhill, I believe JT's form 4's contained similar boilerplate wording. So if the company is sold KM may remain for a certain period of time so his shares will vest. Or the potential buyer could tell him to take a hike, it would be less dilutive to the new owners.
