Obviously free trading shares, the people on this board own aren't restricted but if you contact Corporate Stock Transfer, USSE's Transfer Agent, they will give you info on the restricted shares.
Eelfland insinuated USSE's management was trading resticted stock prior to its being eligible for release. I am asking for proof of not just USSE doing this but any firm any where at any time.
