He mentioned also that it really should also come out concurrent with the Annual. Last year it only took a few days. SLC-JD also mentioned that a delay might be caused by something in the Annual that gives the Attorney "pause."
If that's true, then we might also see an "Amended" Annual 2021.
That's my preference...an Amended Annual, and Attorney Letter.
I'd like to see SHMN reveal who owns the 51 Preferred Shares.
That is my guess as to why the AL is late, purely imo.
