This is very helpful and thanks to these posts for explaining the whole dry-eye thing and how Vascepa can help. The best thing about Amarin pursuing a label that includes this is that it would educate a lot of eye doctors about Vascepa. Currently, I imagine most are prescribing Lovaza or recommending fish oil supplements because that's all they know.
