Have to agree with you. Biotechs are always dealing with red-tape, which is normal since the dawn of the sector. If you look closely the shares have been trending higher for the past two weeks now to the upper 02's range and the average volume over that period has more than doubled. Did you see how my size bid got piggybacked by the MM's? Will do the same tomorrow:_)
