We Are Buying Gold Miners Hand Over Fist by High Yield Investor Blackbeard Research Report profile picture You should look into $AABB (Asia Broadband Inc). A junior gold miner with exploration projects in the Colima region of Mexico as well as strategic properties in Colombia. They recently completed an 82MM property sale in Guerrero, and signed an LOI to purchase a 30MM turnkey production facility in Mascota. Earlier this year they announced a 10MM capital allocation to the construction of infrastructure on their Colima property as well. They have also minted the world's first mine-to-token gold-backed digital coin, and with the ICO around the corner, and ~60MM coins prereserved, they could be looking at a ~325MM capital infusion from that alone. Even if they only sell 25% of the subs they still have ~80MM on the horizon. Great balance sheet and YoY organic revenue growth to boot, and they declared a 1-for50 restricted share dividend for holders of record on April 5. This one is a no-brainer. Full disclosure: I have 4.27MM shares Mar. 07, 2021 9:55 AM View
Certainly his hypothesis doesn't make much sense. But then the connect-the-dots stuff rarely does. The James S Gilbert who worked for Orvana now seems to be Executive Chairman of Stellar Mining Peru Ltd. Sucursal Del Peru.
He's also a director of FPX Nickel, a Canadian company.
Is he the same person as "Jim Gilbert", president and CEO of FPX? He signed that document. Oddly, it seems unlikely.
Actually, James S Gilbert has been on the board since at least 2012. And Jim Gilbert has been president and CEO for at least that long. But I've got stuff to do, so I'll let you look further if you think it's worthwhile.
the gold backed token might be the straw that breaks their back
Especially when it's obvious the $30 million worth of gold bullion doesn't exist. The bullion value never fluctuates on the balance sheet quarter to quarter.
What Company with $70 million cash and $30 million in gold would continuously allow a noteholder to convert and dump billions of shares at a 99% discount to market? Why wouldn't the $700k note just be paid off? Why would a Company with those kind of assets not be audited?
