I am responding to myself because I can't get anyone to do so.:)
It would be nice to see those shareholders who went the extra mile get a larger share of any settlement they negotiate on behalf of UOIP shareholders. I think the calculation of that larger share should be left to the judge. That is fair and all shareholders should be happy with that. The judge will take the information available to her and decide the eventual division. Are we all good with that?
