They are coming from the recent dilution, and could be additional not reflected yet reflected on the OTC after 4/2/2022:

From 4/2/2022 post

"Well DTII got in more dilution before the reverse split.. On 4/01/2022 the shares O/S were updated and show an additional 20 million more shares issued Probably there will be more before the effective date of the reverse split."
